Merdeka & Milllennials - HR's vital role in managing the M&M generations

Singapore has one of the fastest aging populations in the world, and over 1 in 4 citizens will be aged 65 and above by 2030.  With rising cost of living, growing longevity and a rising retirement age, employees will be working longer beyond what we have ever seen.  A new set of challenges loom for HR practitioners when managing a multi-generational workforce. At our next Talent Management Forum (TMF), learn how HR can better manage workforce renewal and prepare aging employees for perhaps the biggest transition of all – retirement.

This forum will be facilitated by Mr Timothy Cheong, who has over 20 years of executive experience as a senior HR leader with Banyan Tree, Semcorp Utilities and BP. In addition, our invited guest, Mr James Phoen, former Managing Director of United Overseas Bank, will also share his experiences going into retirement and how HR can partner business to better prepare employees.
